Topping-Out Celebrated for 2856 Webster Avenue in the Bronx

Douglaston Development celebrated the topping-out of 2856 Webster Avenue in the Bronx, the first phase of a two-building affordable and supportive housing development in partnership with the New York Botanical Garden. AKRF is acoustical consultant for the project designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group.
