White Plains Common Council Approves 52 North Broadway

The White Plains Common Council unanimously approved the 52 North Broadway residential redevelopment plan for the historic Good Counsel campus. AKRF has provided planning, SEQRA environmental review, cultural resources analysis, site assessment/remediation, geotechnical engineering, and permitting support for the project, designed by Perkins Eastman.
