White Plains Common Council Approves Good Counsel Redevelopment

The City of White Plains Common Council unanimously approved the Site Plan for redevelopment of the former Good Counsel religious and educational campus with a mix of residential uses. AKRF led SEQRA environmental review of the project, including extensive cultural resources and hazardous materials analyses.
