Wendy Ho, P.E., LEED® AP, is a Senior Vice President and licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a LEED® Accredited Professional with over 19 years of experience in the design and management of large-scale infrastructure and highway projects, as well as site development projects.
Ms. Ho oversees all of AKRF’s roadway and infrastructure projects in both public and private sectors. She serves as the Technical Advisor on multiple on-call contracts for the New York City Department of Design + Construction (NYCDDC) and the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), as well as private development projects. She has completed and managed numerous high-profile projects throughout New York City and Hudson Valley, such as Reconstruction of Flushing Main Street, Reconstruction of 71st Street Plaza, Reconstruction of Bergen Avenue Area, Intersection Improvements in Staten Island, and Adelaar resort.
Her area of expertise in design includes roadway geometric design, pavement design, grading and drainage design, maintenance and protection of traffic, street lighting design, traffic signal design, and utility relocations. She has worked closely with various agencies such NYCDOT, NYCDDC, the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (NYCDPR), the New York City Transit Authority (NYCT), and the Fire Department of New York (FDNY).
Ms. Ho earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering with Honors from Rutgers University. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
