Radio Hotel & Tower

AKRF served as civil engineer for the new Radio Hotel & Tower building at 2420 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan’s Washington Heights neighborhood. The 22-story building contains 145,000 square feet of office space, 221 hotel rooms, and ground-floor retail properties. Construction topped-out on the distinctive building in late-2020, designed with a ceramic brick façade that features eight boxy and uniquely colored sections. The building opened in 2022.
