Christian specializes in architectural and environmental acoustics for commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional building projects, including hospitals, universities, and K-12 schools.
He is an expert at complex acoustical computer modeling and the use of industry-standard noise measurement and analysis tools such as CadnaA, TNM, and AutoCAD; on-site measurements of environmental and mechanical noise levels; analysis of those measurements; and the determination of environmental impacts and mechanical code compliance. Christian is also proficient in architectural drawing review and identifying potential acoustical issues that could be addressed through targeted design modifications. He has considerable experience addressing noise E-Designation and Zoning Resolution 123-32 compliance with the New York City Office of Environmental Remediation.
