Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority On-Call Services

The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority retained AKRF to leverage EPA Brownfields Assessment Grants to help achieve goals set forth by Philadelphia’s Housing Action Plan and Philadelphia 2035. We have helped to refine the Authority’s site development strategy and use awarded grant funds dedicated for hazardous substances and petroleum categories to conduct environmental site investigations, prepare reports, and participate in community outreach activities. Our responsibilities also include grant management. Additionally, AKRF has supported the expansion of community gardens.
