Justin manages civil engineering and permitting projects in the Hudson Valley and New York City with a focus on commercial, residential, cultural, and recreational site development.
Justin is proficient in site/civil engineering; hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and modeling; stormwater analysis and design, including the preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and green infrastructure implementation; erosion and sediment control design; and regulatory permitting and compliance. Signature projects have included site redevelopments for New York City Football Club’s training academy, the Brookfield Commons residential building, and the Adelaar Resort & Casino; public open space projects like Astoria Park and Roberto Clemente State Park; and cultural projects such as the plan to preserve and revitalize the 130-acre nationally historic Merestead mansion and gardens.
