John is an experienced project manager and civil engineer specializing in public and private land development for residential, commercial, institutional, and other uses throughout New York City.
He has designed sewer and water mains, grading, drainage, and utility plans, as well as roadway reconstruction improvement plans for site development projects. He works closely with local and state agencies and utilities in the permitting and approval of projects.
