Delivering 120 MW of clean energy to power 35,000 homes
Justin is a fish ecologist specializing in the ecology of wetlands and tidal tributaries as fish habitat and the effects of coastal development on the environmental quality of these systems.
Justin has developed and implemented ecological and environmental studies for a broad range of projects in the energy, transportation, and water sectors, including new bridge construction, coastal resiliency initiatives, and offshore wind development. Most recently, he managed the sturgeon monitoring and conservation research projects related to construction of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge. He is presently engaged in developing the Skipjack Wind Farm in Maryland, Sunrise and Empire Wind Farms in New York, and New Jersey Wind Port in New Jersey.
