An experienced project manager and transportation engineer, Lisa is well versed in New York City and State environmental review guidelines.
Lisa co-directs the Environmental Services Group and frequently manages environmental impact assessments for private and industrial development and institutional rezonings. For numerous environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, and other studies for many of the most ambitious projects in New York City, she has skillfully coordinated efforts of the project team, reviewed technical analyses, interfaced with clients, coordinated agency review, and presented findings at public hearings. With her experience and strong contacts within the public and private sectors, Lisa guides projects successfully through the environmental review process.
